Use the Request Pricing form and attach or describe a recent electricity bill. The ESID on your bill lets us pull historical smart-meter data and analyze your load shape, which is what suppliers price against.
Ideally 6 to 12 months out. That window lets us watch the forward market and lock a dip instead of being forced to sign whatever the market offers on renewal day.
No. Pricing requests are free and carry no obligation. You see clear options; the decision is always yours.
No. The wires, poles, and delivery stay with your local utility regardless of supplier. A switch is a paperwork event, not a physical one.

We vet incoming agents for compliance, volume capability, and ethical sales standards. Approved agents get access to our rate board, deal submission tools, and commission tracking.

Process and contracts
The Electric Service Identifier is the unique ID for each metered service point in Texas. It appears on your bill and is how usage history and pricing are tied to your location.
Common commercial terms run from 12 to 60 months, with fixed, indexed, and hybrid structures. The right term depends on your risk tolerance and where the forward market sits.
Costs like delivery (TDU) charges and certain ERCOT fees that suppliers pass through outside the energy rate. We flag how each offer treats them so quotes are comparable apples-to-apples.
